Leadership training
Our Soap making for a Cause Training program inspires young changemakers to combine creativity with compassion. Using our Operation Starfish® fundraising campaign as a model, we provide leadership training and instruction on how kids, with supervision, can craft and sell starfish soaps to support a cause they care about.
Through our train-the-trainer approach, we collaborate with groups of young leaders--from informal groups of friends to school clubs and community organizations. We equip young leaders with the tools to make a tangible impact while learning essential leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Contact us to learn more.
Operation Starfish® Campaign
Our signature fundraising campaign raises funds to support Operation Starfish®. We craft starfish-shaped travel-sized hand and body soaps as well as mini face soaps to sell online and through community organizations and small business partners.
Soaps are crafted using therapeutic ingredients such as:
shea butter and oatmeal soap bases; essential oils like frankincense, myrrh, chamomile, and lavender; and plant-based colorants such as butterfly pea flower, indigo, and alkanet root powder. Kind Leaders donates profits from soap sales to Operation Starfish® .
